§ 20-13. Damaging containers prohibited.

Latest version.

It is unlawful for any person to damage, either willfully or through negligence, any containers used in the city service. Damaged containers will be replaced at homeowner's or business owner's expense. The entire cost of the new container will be billed on the next monthly statement. Any owner whose damaged container is replaced shall remain responsible to pay the original monthly container assessment.
