§ 20-12. Parking and interfering with containers prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle of any nature within 20 feet of any container, or obstruct the access to a container used in the collection service in such manner which would interfere with the removal of refuse from such container or block the approach to such container. Proof of ownership of any vehicle violating this section shall be prima facie proof that such owner parked such vehicle.
