§ 20-6. Pickup outside the city limits.

At the discretion of the director of public works, with approval of the city council, the city may provide service within one-half mile of the city limits. This service has to be reasonable and in no way adversely affect the service inside the city limits. Fees will follow the same fee schedule as used inside the city limits.
