§ 20-4. Residential garbage service.

  • The minimum fee for residential service shall allow one 96-gallon container and will be picked up once a week. Coal and wood ashes must be in five-gallon containers or less and completely cold to be picked up. All collections will be made either from the alley, where an alley exists, or from a place easily accessible to the street from which the collections are made. No collections shall be made from inside structures or other enclosures. All leaves, grass clippings, etc., shall be placed in the 96-gallon container. Only garbage placed in the 96-gallon container will be picked up.
